Ingredients (for 6 small tartlets)
White chocolate green tea ganache:
100 g dairy free chocolate, melted (or dairy white chocolate)
1 can coconut whipping cream, (specific for whipping is important Room temperature)
2 tsp Jeollanamdo Green Tea powder
Stir the melted chocolate, coconut whipping cream and green tea powder. Stir until perfectly combined Cover and refrigerate overnight
Use a ready to fill tartlets shell or use a simple tartlets recipes.
White chocolate coconut custard:
100 g melted dairy free white chocolate
1 1/2 cup coconut custard .
Add melted chocolate and coconut custard, whisk until well combined and smooth
Fill tartlettes shell with chocolate coconut custard and refrigerate while preparing the whipping cream.
In a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip the chilled green tea white chocolate-whipping cream on low speed, then increase the speed to medium-high until soft or stiff peaks form. Put the cream onto the tartlettes.
Add some nice eatable flowers or red fruits and enjoy!!
