We rigorously select only top-grade domestic ingredients to create premium products. Instead of using regular purified water, we solely use 100% beef bone broth, resulting in a rich and savory taste. Even after repeated boiling, the original rich flavor remains intact. We exclusively use Cheonil salt, which has been aged for over 3 years in the pristine Geirisan area.
With its less salty and more savory taste, our 100% traditional premium Korean Doenjang is also loved by children.

Jirisan Pia-gol Food is located in the picturesque Pia-gol Maple Village, the best scenic spot in Jirisan National Park. Situated at an altitude of 600m, it is a pristine area free from pesticides, livestock facilities, fertilizers, and pollution. Fermenting in such a clean environment makes all the difference in the taste of our food.
From her teenage years, CEO Kim Misun personally made and sold Doenjang (soybean paste) and Ganjang (soy sauce) to Jirisan hikers. With consistent efforts, she has been producing high-quality traditional Korean condiments. Additionally, Pia-gol provides visitors with various experiences and interactive spaces to enjoy during their visit.
