Cheongmaesilwon is a liquid extract made from organically cultivated apricots, fermented and aged in a traditional jar that has been used for over 50 years, with a 7:3 ratio of natural sugar added. It contains various organic acids beneficial to the body, including abundant citric acid, making it a healthy food suitable for everyone in the family.

Mix Cheongmaesilwon with cold or warm water in a ratio of 1:3:5, or use it in cocktails and make vegetable pickles with hot pepper paste. Serving it chilled with ice will enhance its refreshing taste.

Located in Gwangyang, South Jeolla Province, Hong Ssang-ri Cheongmaesil Farm faces Hadong, Gyeongnam, with the Seomjin River in between. The representative of Hong Ssang-ri Cheongmaesil Farm expanded the inherited apricot farm from their ancestors, cultivating apricot fields that span about 50,000 pyeong (approximately 16.5 acres). As Korea's first apricot master, they obtained the apricot farm operating license in 1994 and started full-scale sales activities. The apricot tourist farm, open to the public, is also famous as a destination attracting one million visitors. Hong Ssang-ri Cheongmaesil Farm is making significant efforts to promote the excellence of traditional Korean food through popularizing apricot products.
