Ingredients
Butter: 80 g
Flour: 200 g
Vanilla sugar: 1 pack
Eggs: 3
Milk: 100 ml
Baking powder: 1/2 pack
Icing sugar: 140 g
Yuza: at will
Chocolate: at will
Green tea: at will
Recipe
First, the eggs are beaten for a long time until they are frothy. Sift in the vanilla sugar and the powdered sugar.
Cut the butter into small pieces and mix in. (Butter must not be too cold but not too warm either)
Then milk, flour and baking powder are carefully folded in and mixed with a hand mixer until the dough is smooth. Finally, I added two full tablespoons of green tea powder and stirred it again briefly. Try the batter and add more powder if you want.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees – top and bottom heat.
If a silicone mold is used, please grease it properly.
Pour a large tablespoon of the batter into the mold – even more if the mold is larger. Then put a piece of chocolate of your choice in the middle of the dough. Then add a teaspoon of Yuza and cover both with another spoon of your dough. You do this with all of your forms.
When you’re done, put everything in the oven and let it bake for 25-35 minutes. It depends on the size of the mold.
Please let the cakes cool before you eat them, the melted chocolate hurts a lot.
